Materials Needed

Paint
6" Paper Plate
6-6" flower petals cut from construction paper
Glue
Crayons
Ribbon
2 green leaves
Scissors
Instructions
  1. Paint or color the center back of the plate yellow. 
  2. Paste the flower petals around the edge of the plate. 
  3. Cut and paste a green leaf between two of the petals. 
  4. Paste on two pieces of ribbon for ties.
